Ved Prakash Goyal
Ved Prakash Goyal (1926 – 17 December 2008) was an Indian politician and the Union Minister of shipping in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government in India from 2001 to 2003. He was the treasurer of Bharatiya Janata Party for a long time. He was a member of Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India. Piyush Vedprakash Goyal, the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Textiles in the Government of India is the son of Ved Prakash Goyal. Early life He was born in 1926 in Karnal in British Punjab and passed B.Sc. (Engg.). He was educated at Dayanand Anglo Vedic College, Lahore and at Banaras Hindu University. A brain tumor occurs when abnormal cells form within the brain. There are two main types of tumors: malignant tumors and benign (non-cancerous) tumors. These can be further classified as primary tumors, which start within the brain, and secondary tumors, which most commonly have spread from tumors located outside the brain, known as brain metastasis tumors.
