Crawford Vaughan
Crawford Vaughan (14 July 1874 – 15 December 1947) was an Australian politician, and the Premier of South Australia from 1915 to 1917. He was a member of the South Australian House of Assembly from 1905 to 1918, representing Torrens (1905–1915) and Sturt (1915–1918). Elected for the United Labor Party, he served as Treasurer in the Verran government, succeeded Verran as Labor leader in 1913, and was elected Premier after the Labor victory at the 1915 state election. Vaughan's career was curtailed by the 1916–17 Labor split over conscription in World War I, as Vaughan and other supporters of conscription were expelled from the Labor Party in early 1917. Clyde Vaughan
Clyde Vaughan (born in Mount Vernon, New York, United States) is a basketball coach and former professional player, who enjoyed a distinguished career at college level and professional level and international level for the England team. He was also selected as the 117th pick in 1984 NBA draft by the Indiana Pacers but never appeared in the NBA. The 6 foot 4 small forward played college basketball for the Pittsburgh Panthers. Though he only played his last two seasons in the Big East Conference, they were the best two seasons of his career. As a junior, he averaged 21.9 ppg and grabbed 9.2 rpg. Charles John Vaughan
Charles John Vaughan (16 August 1816 – 15 October 1897) was an English scholar and Anglican churchman. Life He was born in Leicester, the second son of the Revd Edward Thomas Vaughan, vicar of St Martin's, Leicester. He was educated at Rugby School and Cambridge, where he was bracketed senior classic with Lord Lyttelton in 1838. In 1839 he was elected fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge, and for a short time studied law. He took orders in 1841, and became vicar of St Martin's, Leicester. Three years later he was elected headmaster of Harrow School. He resigned the headship in 1859 and accepted the bishopric of Rochester, but afterwards withdrew his acceptance. In 1860 he was appointed vicar of Doncaster. He was appointed Master of the Temple in 1869, and Dean of Llandaff in 1879, a post he held until his death. Bruce Lloyd Vaughan (born September 10, 1956) is an American professional golfer. Vaughan was born in Kankakee, Illinois. He didn't start playing golf until he was 20 and working as a firefighter in Hutchinson, Kansas. Vaughan turned professional in 1990. He played on the Nationwide Tour from 1992 to 1994, winning twice in 1994. He finished sixth on the money list in 1994 earning him his PGA Tour card for 1995. He struggled on the PGA Tour in 1995, making only 15 cuts in 30 events. He finished 173rd on the money list and lost his card. He played the Nationwide Tour again from 1996 to 1998. Beryl Vaughan (July 1, 1919 - April 26, 2016) was an American actress. Early years Vaughan was born in Monmouthshire, Wales, the daughter of a father who was a draftsman and a mother who was a designer. She and her family came to the United States when she was 4 years old. Her interest in acting and a profession was ignited when she was 8 years old and received 25 cents for a recitation in a church play in St. Louis. When she was 11, she had a 26-week role on a radio serial, after which she "divided her time between radio and school". After she graduated from high school, she attended Wayne University in Detroit for two years before she began to devote more of her time to acting.
