''Vasantam'' () is a 2003 Indian Telugu-language drama film produced by N.V.Prasad & Sanam Naga Ashok kumar on Sri Sai Deva Productions banner, directed by Vikraman. Starring Venkatesh, Arti Agarwal, Kalyani and music is composed by S. A. Rajkumar. The film won for two Nandi Awards. The film opened simultaneously alongside the Tamil version of the film, ''Priyamaana Thozhi'' starring R. Madhavan, Jyothika, Sridevi Vijayakumar & Vineeth. The movie was remade in Kannada in 2010 as '' Hoo''. Plot Ashok (Venkatesh) and Julie ( Kalyani) have been friends since childhood. They live in Hyderabad. They don't share any love interests. Vikraman
Vikraman is an Indian film director primarily working in Tamil cinema. Career 1990–1994 He worked as an assistant to actor and director R. Parthiban in ''Puthiya Pathai'' (1989), which was the latter's debut film as a director and an actor. Vikraman made his directorial debut with the film ''Pudhu Vasantham'' (1990) produced by R. B. Choudary, for which director K. S. Ravikumar apprenticed under him as an assistant director. The film was about four unemployed friends and musical experts who find themselves unexpectedly saddled with a young woman. Jai Akash, also known as Akash, is an Indian actor, who acted as hero in Telugu and Tamil films. He has acted in a Kannada film as hero too. Ahuti Prasad (born Adusumilli Janardhan Vara Prasad; 2 January 1958 – 4 January 2015) was an Indian actor who worked in Telugu film industry.
