Vania Rossi (born 3 October 1983) is a professional cyclocross bicycle racer from Italy. On 29 January 2010 Rossi was reported positive for EPO CERA by the Italian Olympic Committee. The Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano (CONI) controlled her on 10 January after she finished second in the women's national cyclocross championships. However, on 2 April CONI revealed that the B Sample was returned non-positive. Rossi is the partner of Italian professional road bicycle racer Riccardo Riccò Riccardo Riccò (born 1 September 1983) is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who is suspended from all competition until 2024. Road bicycle racing is the cycle sport discipline of road cycling, held primarily on paved roads. Road racing is the most popular professional form of bicycle racing, in terms of numbers of competitors, events and spectators. The two most common competition formats are mass start events, where riders start simultaneously (though sometimes with a handicap) and race to a set finish point; and time trials, where individual riders or teams race a course alone against the clock. Riccardo Riccò
Riccardo Riccò (born 1 September 1983) is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who is suspended from all competition until 2024. He was previously ejected from the 2008 Tour de France for doping violations and suspended. Riccò returned to competition in late 2010, but in February 2011 he was fired by his team, , after he became seriously ill allegedly through a self-administered autologous blood transfusion. He then signed to UCI Continental team . On 19 April 2012 it was announced that he had been suspended for 12 years effectively ending his career.
