The Vanguard-Sentinel Career and Technology Centers are joint vocational schools located in Fremont, Ohio and Tiffin, Ohio. The vanguard (also called the advance guard) is the leading part of an advancing military formation. Columbian High School is comprehensive public high school in Tiffin, Ohio, United States. It is the only public high school in the Tiffin City School District. Their nickname is the Tornadoes. A long time member of the Northern Ohio League (1954-2017), Tiffin Columbian joined the Sandusky Bay Conference in 2017. The school has 850 students.
