Vandraren
"Vandraren" (The Wanderer) is a song with music composed by Mats Wester and lyrics written by Py Bäckman. The song was recorded by Nordman as the opening track of their self-titled debut studio album ''Nordman''. Becoming a major hit in Sweden, it was given the Rockbjörnen award in the "Swedish song of the year 1994" category. The single peaked at number seven on the Swedish singles chart. Also charting at Svensktoppen, it stayed for 18 weeks on the chart between 16 July-12 November 1994, peaking at number 3. The group consists of Håkan Hemlin, as singer and frontman, and Mats Wester, who plays the nyckelharpa, as well as serving as the main songwriter. The group's biggest hits were "Förlist" (Shipwrecked) and "Vandraren" (The Wanderer). The group split up in 1998 because of the lead singer's drug problem, but reunited in 2004. ''From Afar'' is the fourth studio album by the Finnish folk metal/melodic death metal band Ensiferum, released on 9 September 2009 on Spinefarm Records. It is the band's first album to feature keyboardist Emmi Silvennoinen. The album was produced by Nightwish producer Tero Kinnunen and ''Victory Songs'' producer Janne Joutsenniemi. ''Autumn Sky'' is the eighth studio album by the group Blackmore's Night. It is dedicated to their daughter Autumn Esmerelda Blackmore, who was born on May 27, 2010. It was released on September 3, 2010 in Europe and on January 18, 2011 in the U.S. ''Autumn Sky'' entered at #1 on the New Age Billboard Charts. Rockbjörnen (Swedish: ''the Rock Bear'') is a music prize in Sweden, divided into several categories, which is awarded annually by the newspaper ''Aftonbladet''. The prize was first awarded in 1979, and is mostly centered on pop and rock. In 2010, Rockbjörnen was redone and focused more on live performances. This initiative was hailed by artists and industry. The period for selecting the winners of Rockbjörnen was extended from one month to three months (all summer). Ensiferum (Latin: , n adj., meaning "sword bearing") is a Finnish folk metal band from Helsinki. The members of the band label themselves as "melodic folk metal." History Formation, demos and ''Ensiferum'' (1995−2002) ''Ensiferum'' was founded in 1995 by Markus Toivonen (guitar), Sauli Savolainen (bass) and Kimmo Miettinen (drums). Heri Joensen
Heri Joensen (; born 21 February 1973) is a Faroese musician, notable for being the vocalist for the heavy metal band Týr. Heri was born in the Faroe Islands capital of Tórshavn which has had an influence on his song writing. As well as Týr, he has recently recorded a solo album titled ''Heljareyga''. Early life Heri Joensen was born in the Faroese capital Tórshavn on 21 February 1973, but grew up in Toftir, and later his family moved to the small village of Lamba. At the age of fourteen Heri began playing guitar and by the age of seventeen was playing in local bands. By this time he had relocated to the well-populated fishing port of Runavík. Ole Evenrud (born November 17, 1962) is a Norwegian pop artist and teenpop producer. He had his big time in the 1980s under the name Ole i'dole. After the 1980s he has operated as a musical producer. He was Head of A&R at Polygram Norway from 1993 until 1998, then became a full-time producer, while being the Head of Universal A&R until 2000.
