Valley United FC
Valley United FC was an American professional soccer club based in Phoenix, Arizona that played in the National Independent Soccer Association, in the 3rd tier of the US soccer pyramid, from 2022. History Valley United FC was founded in 2020 as Atletico Olympians FC and joined UPSL in the same year, as played in the Southwest Conference, Arizona Division. In the summer of 2021, the team also participated in 2021 NISA Independent Cup, as played in Southwest Region. In September 2021, the team announced they rebranded into the current name and then they joined NISA for the 2022 season. Valley United FC will be the first Latinos-owned National Independent Soccer Association club. The club will also take part for their first ever U.S. Open Cup for the 2022 edition. Bell Bank Park
Arizona Athletic Grounds (formerly known as Bell Bank Park, Legacy Park) is an American multi-purpose sports complex in Mesa, Arizona. It opened on January 7, 2022, before its Grand Opening on 4 February 2022, headlined by musician Lindsey Stirling. History Bell Bank Park is situated on the site of a former General Motors testing facility. In 2018, Mesa voters voted against a bond request for a state owned sports facility nearby and that paved the way for this facility. Ground was broken on the project in October, 2020. The facility is the vision of Legacy Sports, and was known as Legacy Sports Park before a 10-year naming rights deal was struck with Bell Bank. The facility was estimated to have cost $280million. Prior to completion, events were booked including the Jam On It amateur basketball tournaments, who committed to hosting events at the facility until 2032. Samuel Cáceres
Samuel Cáceres (born 20 March 1989) is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays for the New York Renegades in the United Premier Soccer League as a centre back. Career Cáceres began his career playing for the club "Real Luján" in Argentina. In 2006, he traveled to Portugal to play for Benfica. But having no passport had he was forced to return to Argentina and began playing for Atlético Independiente. Cáceres made his professional debut with Independiente in 2009 for the reserve team. Spending his entire career with Independiente and Nueva Chicago, Caceres is on loan to the New York Cosmos. Ricardo Velazco (born May 26, 1993) is an American professional soccer player. Club career Youth, college and amateur Velazco spent two years with the Real Salt Lake AZ Academy before beginning his college career at Cal State San Bernardino. In his only season with the Coyotes, he made 14 appearances and tallied six goals and one assist. After his freshman year, he transferred to the University of Louisville.
