Val-de-Reuil
Val-de-Reuil () is a commune in the Eure department in Normandy in north-western France. It is located south of Rouen in a loop of the Seine. Created as the new town of Le Vaudreuil in 1972, its name was changed to Val-de-Reuil in 1984 to avoid confusion with its neighbour, Le Vaudreuil. International relations Val-de-Reuil is twinned with Workington in the United Kingdom. Population The inhabitants of Val-de-Reuil are called ''Rolivalois''. Tournedos-sur-Seine
Tournedos-sur-Seine is a small village and a former commune in the Eure department in Normandy in northern France. On 1 January 2018, it was merged into the new commune of Porte-de-Seine. 6 December 2017 The village has approximately 25 houses, all of them situated in the banks of the river . The small town has a well known occurrence at sunset for the cliffs on the other side of the river to turn pink, and welcomes its own family of cormorants, swans and ducks, as well as other wildlife. On 15 April 1969 the commune of Notre-Dame-du-Vaudreuil was joined with that of Saint-Cyr-du-Vaudreuil to form the present Le Vaudreuil. Workington is a coastal town and civil parish at the mouth of the River Derwent on the west coast in the Allerdale borough of Cumbria, England. The town was historically in Cumberland. Louviers () is a Communes of France, commune in the Eure Departments of France, department in Normandy (administrative region), Normandy in north-western France. Louviers is from Paris and from Rouen. Population History Prehistory In the area around Louviers, cut stones from the Paleolithic era have been found. Some of these are in the town's museum, alongside fragments of a mammoth tusk found not far from the cemetery. Other evidence of human presence in the area at different periods of prehistory includes the menhir of Basse-Cremonville and the Neolithic tomb which was close to it.
