Vadym Yevtushenko
Vadym Anatolyovich Yevtushenko ( uk, Вадим Анатолійович Євтушенко) (born 1 January 1958) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who played as a midfielder or striker. Career During his career he played almost exclusively for Dynamo Kyiv. He earned 12 caps for the USSR national team and was included in the squads for the 1982 (he did not play in any games there) and 1986 World Cups. He scored his only goal for USSR on 26 July 1983 in a friendly against East Germany. He scored a goal as Dynamo Kyiv won the 1986 European Cup Winners' Cup Final. In the late 1980s Yevtushenko moved to Sweden and became Swedish champion with AIK in 1992. After concluding his playing career in Sweden at IK Sirius two years later, he remained in Swedish football as first an assistant and then head coach for longer than a decade before moving back to Ukrainian football after 2008. Piatykhatky ( , ) is a small city and a large railway junction in Kamianske Raion, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Piatykhatky urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: . Population in 2001 was 20,563. Until 18 July 2020, Piatykhatky was the administrative center of Piatykhatky Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to seven. FC Cherkashchyna ( uk, ФК Черкащина) was a professional Ukrainian football club from the city of Cherkasy. The club's home ground was Central Stadium which was refurbished in 2003 and has a capacity of 10,321. Soviet Top League
The Soviet Top League, known after 1970 as the Higher League (russian: Чемпионат СССР по футболу: Высшая лига), served as the top division of Soviet Union football from 1936 until 1991. The professional top level of football competition among clubs was established in 1936 on proposition of Nikolai Starostin and was approved by the All-Union Council of Physical Culture. Originally it was named Group A. After World War II it became known as the First Group. In 1950, after another reform of football in the Soviet Union, the First Group was replaced with Class A. By 1970, the Class A had expanded to three tiers with the top tier known as the Higher Group which in 1971 was renamed into the Higher League. Vasalunds IF is a Swedish football club based in Solna, Stockholm. The club is affiliated with Stockholms Fotbollförbund. IK Sirius
IK Sirius is a Swedish bandy club located in Uppsala, currently playing in Elitserien. IK Sirius were formed in 1907 and play their home games at Studenternas Idrottsplats. History IK Sirius' first success was becoming Swedish runners-up in 1918, they followed this up by becoming Swedish champions twice in 1921 and 1922, but they then didn't have any more success in the league until 1926 where they were runners-up and they were also runners-up in 1928. In the first year of bandy league system in Sweden, 1930–31, Sirius entered in Division 1 Norra together with AIK, Hammarby IF, IF Vesta, IFK Rättvik, Skutskärs IF, SK Tirfing, and Västerås SK and finished 5th. The 1986 European Cup Winners' Cup Final was a football match contested between Atlético Madrid of Spain and FC Dynamo Kyiv of the Soviet Union. It was the final match of the 1985–86 European Cup Winners' Cup and the 26th competition final. The final game was held at Stade de Gerland in Lyon, France. The 1986 FIFA World Cup was the 13th FIFA World Cup, a quadrennial football tournament for men's senior national teams. It was played in Mexico from 31 May to 29 June 1986. The tournament was the second to feature a 24-team format. Colombia had been originally chosen to host the competition by FIFA but, largely due to economic reasons, was not able to do so, and resigned in 1982. Mexico was selected as the new host in May 1983, and became the first country to host the World Cup more than once, after previously hosting in 1970. USSR National Football Team
The Soviet Union national football team ( rus, сбо́рная СССР по футбо́лу, r=sbórnaya SSSR po futbólu) was the national football team of the former Soviet Union. After the breakup of the Union the team was transformed into the CIS national football team. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
