Vadul-Rașcov is a commune located in Șoldănești District, Moldova Moldova ( , ; ), officially the Republic of Moldova ( ro, Republica Moldova), is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe. Șoldănești () is a district ( ro, raion) in the north-east of Moldova, with the administrative center at Șoldănești. As of 1 January 2011, its population was 43,300.
