Vachina Kodalu Nachindi
''Vachina Kodalu Nachindi'' () is a 1959 Indian Telugu-language drama film, produced by Ponnaluri Vasanth Kumar Reddy under the Sudhakar Films banner and directed by D. Yoganand. It stars N. T. Rama Rao and Jamuna. The music is composed by Susarla Dakshinamurthi. Plot Chandra (Jamuna) is a club dancer who earns her livelihood by entertaining the public, but her earning is not sufficient for her father Jogulu's (C.S.R) drinking and they stay along with a goon Raju (Rajanala). Once there is a police ride in the club even though one constable Ravi (N. T. Rama Rao) notices Chandra leaves her by giving caution not to lead such a life. Chandra realizes her mistake and develops respect towards the police. From that day she does not listen to Jogulu's wish of earning when Chandra learns that Jogulu is not her father. Acharya Aatreya
Acharya Aatreya (born Kilambi Venkata Narasimhacharyulu ) (7 May 1921 – 13 September 1989) was an Indian poet, lyricist, playwright, and screenwriter known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He received the state Nandi Award for Best Lyricist in 1981 for "Andamaina Lokamani" from the film Tholi Kodi Koosindi, ''Tholikoodi Koosindi''. He is popularly known as ''Manasu Kavi (''). Jamuna (born 30 August 1936) is an Indian actress, director and politician who appeared mainly in Telugu films. She made her acting debut at the age of 16 in Dr. Garikapati Rajarao's ''Puttillu'' (1953), and received her breakthrough with L. V. Prasad ''Missamma'' (1955). Her filmography also includes Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi films. She won a Filmfare Award and an award at Filmfare Awards South. Suryakantham (28 October 1924 – 18 December 1994) was an Indian actress in Tollywood. She was popular for playing the role of a cruel mother-in-law in most of her movies. Pillavalu Gajapathy Krishnaveni (3 November 1935 – 16 August 2004), more famously known as Jikki, was an Indian playback singer from Andhra Pradesh. She sang around 10,000 songs in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, and Sinhalese languages. Early life Jikki was born in Chennai on 3 November 1935.
