History Sneek Wit Zwart was founded on 26 November 1910 as ''Quick'' as a club for the working class. In 1912 ''Brunio'' merged into the club to become ''Rood-Blauw''. Sneek (; fy, Snits) is a city southwest of Leeuwarden and the seat of the former municipality of Sneek in the province of Friesland, Netherlands. The ('Third Class') is the eighth tier of football in the Netherlands and the sixth tier of Dutch amateur football. The league is divided into 44 divisions, 20 played on Saturday and 24 on Sunday. Sherida Spitse (; born 29 May 1990) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a midfielder for Ajax and the Netherlands national team. Club career Spitse started her career at VV Sneek before joining SC Heerenveen when the Dutch women's professional league ( Eredivisie Vrouwen) was established in 2007. After five seasons at Heerenveen where she played 100 official matches and scored 13 goals, in 2012 the Dutch and Belgian leagues merged ( BeNe League) and she moved to FC Twente in May 2012. At Twente she won the BeNe League titles in 2012–13 and 2013–14. She was also the club top scorer in 2012–13. In December 2013, it was announced that Spitse would transfer to Norwegian Toppserien club LSK Kvinner FK from January 2014. The Netherlands women's national football team ( nl, Nederlands vrouwenvoetbalelftal) is directed by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB), which is a member of UEFA and FIFA. In 1971, the team played the first women's international football match recognized by FIFA against France. 2012–13 KNVB Cup
The 2012–13 KNVB Cup was the 95th season of the Dutch national football knockout tournament. The competition began on 21 August 2012 with the matches of Round 1 and ended with the final on 9 May 2013. PSV Eindhoven were the defending champions, having won the cup the previous season. The winners qualified for the play-off round of the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League. Participants 92 teams participated in the 2012-13 cup. The 18 clubs of the Eredivisie and the 18 clubs of the Eerste divisie qualified automatically, entering in the second round.
