VIVA Poland
MTV Music (formerly VIVA) was a Polish 24h music and entertainment channel from Viacom International Media Networks Polska. The channel was launched on June 10, 2000 by the German VIVA Media AG. History On July 17, 2012 VIVA Poland switched to 16:9 picture format and started to use the new logo. Since then VIVA has broadcast more reality programmes like ''Excused''. Until July 17, 2012 the channel has broadcast FTA on Eutelsat Hot Bird 13A. In 2014, the station cancelled local production programmes. In 2015 - 2017, the station cancelled all reality programmes and continued playing only electronic dance music. Before the new broadcast schedule, the station was playing Polish and international pop, dance, rock and hip hop music. On 17 October 2017, the channel was rebranded into MTV Music in 12:12. 576i is a standard-definition digital video mode, originally used for digitizing analog television in most countries of the world where the utility frequency for electric power distribution is 50 Hz. ''Beauty and the Geek'' is an American reality television series that premiered on The WB on June 1, 2005. It has been advertised as "The Ultimate Social Experiment" and is produced by Ashton Kutcher, Jason Goldberg and J.D. Roth. The show's title is a parody of ''Beauty and the Beast''. This was the first show produced by the Fox Television Studios sub-division Fox 21. The show follows groups of "Beauties" (people — almost always women — who rely on their attractiveness and outgoing personalities but typically lack intellect) and "Geeks" (people — almost always men — who rely on their intellect, but typically lack social ability) who must pair up to compete in challenges to avoid elimination. Ashley Nicolette Frangipane ( ; born September 29, 1994), known professionally as Halsey ( ), is an American singer and songwriter. She was born and raised in New Jersey. VH1 Poland was a Polish pay television music channel from VIMN Polska. It was launched on December 1, 2005, replacing MTV Classic, another Polish MTV channel which used to broadcast mainly classic videos. VH1 Poland shows almost only music-based programs and plays a much broader range of videos than its predecessor. Many themed music programs were broadcast on a daily or weekly basis.
