Vladimir Pascal
Vladimir Pascal (born 27 May 1992, in Haiti) is a Haitian- Guadeloupean footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for CS Moulien of the Guadeloupe Division d'Honneur, the top division of the Guadeloupe football league system. He is also a member of the Guadeloupe national football team. Club career Pascal played for AS Dragon in his native Guadeloupe between 2008 and 2011 when they were relegated from the top flight. For the 2010/2011 season, Pascal was the league's top goal scorer, scoring 22 goals. Following this campaign, Pascal traveled to metropolitan France and had unsuccessful trials with RC Lens and LB Châteauroux, both of Ligue 2. Léogâne ( ht, Leyogàn) is one of the coastal communes in Haiti. It is located in the eponymous Léogâne Arrondissement, which is part of the Ouest Department. The port town is located about west of the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince. Léogâne has a rich and unique culture, especially with regard to the arts, music, literature, cuisine, and architecture. MLS Caribbean Combine
The Major League Soccer Caribbean Combine is an annual showcase of Caribbean football talent between the ages of 18 and 21 organized jointly by Major League Soccer and the Caribbean Football Union in 2013, with the inaugural combine being held in January 2014. All 31 member associations are encouraged to send representatives that fit the criteria. The combine provides opportunities for Caribbean players to be observed by MLS scouts with the hopes of being invited to the MLS Combine, an invite-only showcase event held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida prior to the annual MLS SuperDraft. A total of 25 teams entered the qualification process for the 2012 Caribbean Cup, competing for a total of 8 spots in the final tournament. Jamaica, as the holders, and Antigua and Barbuda, as hosts, qualified automatically, leaving 6 spots open for competition.
