Trilogy Dominicana, Trade name, doing business as Viva, is a mobile network operator in the Dominican Republic. History Founded in 1883 as American Cable and Radio Corporation, All America Cables & Radio Dominican Republic (an ITT Corporation, ITT subsidiary), the company was the country's first telecom to offer telegraph services to the Antilles. In January 2000, Centennial Communications purchased 70% of the company, forming Centennial Dominicana. The company later launched a CDMA2000 network and provided Internet services over EVDO. On November 24, 2006 Centennial Communications announced that they were selling 100% of Centennial Dominicana to Trilogy International Partners for US$80M. ''Viva'' was an adult woman's magazine that premiered in 1973 and ceased publication in 1980. Its full title was ''Viva, The International Magazine For Women'', and it was published by Bob Guccione and his wife, Kathy Keeton. The first issue of ''Viva'' is dated October 1973. Guccione was the editor of ''Penthouse'', an adult men's magazine, and he wanted to publish a companion title for women. ''Viva'' was essentially an erotic magazine for women, containing articles and fiction delving into women’s fantasies, and exploring their sexuality, reviews of the arts, interviews with known personalities, fashion and beauty, etc. It was published on a monthly basis. It has both "Rheinita", which was their most successful single, and "Cha Cha 2000", which has become their most famous song. Romo
Romantic Modernism, more commonly known as Romo, was a musical and nightclubbing movement, of glam/style pop lineage, in the UK circa 1995–1997, centred on the twin homes of Camden-based clubnight Club Skinny and its West End clone Arcadia, as well as concerts by the chief associated bands. The Romo movement was essentially a derivation of late-1970s disco and early-1980s club music, with an emphasis on the extroverted sartorial style and decadent air of New Romantic-era bands such as Japan and Soft Cell.
