Vito Van Crooij
Vito van Crooij (born 29 January 1996) is a Dutch professional association football, footballer who plays as a Winger (association football), winger, primarily on the left hand side, for Saudi Pro League club Al Wehda FC, Al-Wehda. He won the Eerste Divisie Young Player of the Year in 2016 for his performances for VVV-Venlo. His brother, Delano van Crooy plays professionally as a Goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper. Club career Born in Venlo, van Crooij made his debut for VVV-Venlo at the age of 18 in the KNVB Cup against FC Eindhoven, Eindhoven at the start of the 2014–15 Season, however he did not score until the game against MVV Maastricht, MVV in the KNVB Cup, scoring once in the 2–0 victory. Almere City Football Club is a Dutch professional football club based in Almere, Flevoland. Founded in 2001, plays in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football, and hosts home matches at the Yanmar Stadion. 2019–20 Eredivisie
The 2019–20 Eredivisie was the 64th season of the Dutch football league Eredivisie since its establishment in 1955. The season began on 2 August 2019 and was suspended on 12 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Netherlands. The season was abandoned on 24 April. Ajax were the defending champion. Twente, RKC Waalwijk, and Sparta Rotterdam joined as the promoted clubs from the 2018–19 Eerste Divisie. They replaced NAC Breda, Excelsior, and De Graafschap who were relegated to the 2019–20 Eerste Divisie. The 2015–16 Eerste Divisie, known as Jupiler League for sponsorship reasons, is the sixtieth season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1955. It began in August 2015 with the first matches of the season and ended in May 2016 with the finals of the promotion/relegation play-offs, also involving the 16th- and 17th-placed teams from the 2015–16 Eredivisie. This season was the last where promotion and relegation was optional. No club was relegated to the new third-tier division Tweede Divisie (Second Division). This change in the league system was approved in a KNVB assembly in December 2014. AZ Alkmaar
Alkmaar Zaanstreek (), better known as AZ Alkmaar or simply AZ (), is a Dutch professional football club from Alkmaar and the Zaan district.
