He was part of the India team that won the 2022 Thomas & Uber Cup, 2022 Thomas Cup He is currently ranked 32 in the world ranking in the men's doubles event. Amberpet is one of the oldest suburbs of Hyderabad, India. Amberpet lies adjacent to the famous Osmania University. It is also a Mandal in Hyderabad District.
