Verano De Escándalo (2003)
''Verano de Escándalo'' 2003 (Spanish for "Summer of Scandal") was a series of major '' Lucha Libre'' or professional wrestling shows held by the Mexican wrestling promotion AAA over the summer of 2003. In previous and subsequent years AAA's '' Verano de Escándalo'' were a single event, but in 2003 it was a series of three shows held on August 31 (A), September 16 (B) and September 28 (C), 2003. The events featured a number of professional wrestling matches with different wrestlers involved in pre-existing scripted feuds or storylines. Wrestlers portrayed either villains (referred to as ''Rudos'' in Mexico) or fan favorites (''Técnicos'' in Mexico) as they competed in wrestling matches with pre-determined outcomes. Verano De Escándalo (2004)
The 2004 ''Verano de Escándalo'' (Spanish for "Summer of Scandal") was the eight annual '' Verano de Escándalo'' professional wrestling show promoted by AAA. The show took place on October 16, 2004, in Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico. The main event featured a steel cage Luchas de Apuestas match where the last man in the cage would have to remove his mask or have his hair shaved off. The participants were Heavy Metal, El Intocable, and Zorro facing off against ''Los Vipers'' ( Histeria, Mosco de la Merced, and Psicosis II). Triplemanía
Triplemanía is the biggest annual professional wrestling event promoted by the Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) promotion and is traditionally held in August each year. A majority of the shows have been presented as pay-per-view events, with some being shown as television specials on the Televisa channel or as streaming events on Twitch. The Triplemanía show features culminations of AAA's long building storylines. During the early years of Triplemanía, the event was not a presented as a single show, but a series of shows - either two or three per year. The show has been promoted for 30 years, with 39 shows in total promoted under the Triplemanía banner. El Zorro (wrestler)
Jesús Cristóbal Martínez Rodriguez (born July 25, 1975) is a Mexican ''luchador'' (professional wrestler) who is best known as El Zorro. His gimmick started out very similar to the fictional character Zorro complete with mask, but in recent years it has evolved and the mask has been eliminated. He is best known for his work in the Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) promotion in Mexico, where he is a former AAA Mega Champion. He has in the past worked both in Europe, Japan and made a few brief appearances for the World Wrestling Federation show WWF Super Astros. Juan Conrado Aguilar Jáuregui (November 26, 1958 – January 15, 2006), better known by his ring name El Texano, was a Mexican '' Luchador'', or professional wrestler. From the early 1970s to the early 2000s, he wrestled under masked and unmasked monikers for various promotions including Universal Wrestling Association (UWA), World Wrestling Council (WWC), World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW), and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). Sangre Chicana
Sangre Chicana (Spanish for "Chicano Blood") is the ring name of retired Mexican professional wrestler Andrés Durán Reyes (born November 30, 1951). Reyes made his professional wrestling debut in 1973, wearing a red mask with a gold stripe, under the name ''Lemus''. A year later he changed his name to Sangre Chicana but kept the mask with the golden stripe. Óscar Omar Puentes Molgado (born August 19, 1977) is a Mexican ''Luchador'' (professional wrestler) under the ring name ''El Ángel'' (Spanish for "the Angel"). Erick Francisco Casas Ruiz (born October 4, 1970) is a Mexican professional wrestler currently working under the ring name Heavy Metal for AAA. He is the son of referee Pepe Casas and part of the Casas wrestling family; the brother of Negro Casas and Felino. Lucha libre (, meaning "freestyle wrestling" or literally translated as "free fight") is the term used in Latin America for professional wrestling. Since its introduction to Mexico in the early 20th century, it has developed into a unique form of the genre, characterized by colorful masks, rapid sequences of holds and maneuvers, and "high-flying" maneuvers, some of which have been adopted in the United States, Japan, and elsewhere. Héctor Solano Segura (June 12, 1969 – May 26, 2013) was a Mexican professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Héctor Garza. During his career he worked for various major Mexican professional wrestling promotions such as Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), Perros del Mal Producciones and, at the time of death, AAA. Octavio López Arreola (born April 12, 1975) is a Mexican professional wrestler who is best known under the ring name Cibernético and for working for the Lucha Libre AAA World Wide (AAA) promotion in Mexico.
