V. P. Sanu
V. P. Sanu (Malayalam: വി.പി സാനു; born 31 October 1988) is an Indian politician who is currently the National President of the Students' Federation of India, SFI, the students' wing of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), CPIM. He is also a member of the Kerala state committee of the CPI(M). He contested the parliamentary election in 2019 polls and 2021 by-polls representing CPI(M) in Malappuram (Lok Sabha constituency), Malappuram, Kerala against IUML and lost both times in big margin. Najeeb Ahmed was a student of JNU New Delhi, India, who went missing from his hostel on the university campus under suspicious circumstances on 15 October 2016. Disappearance Najeeb Ahmed was a newly enrolled student at JNU. He resided at the Mahi-Mandavi hostel on the university campus for less than a week before he disappeared. His family, as well as the JNU Students' Union, have consistently maintained that Ahmed's disappearance was linked to an assault which occurred the previous night.
