The V.League Awards is an award given annually by the Vietnam Professional Football Jointstock Company (known as VPF) for the best players, head coaches, and referees of the V.League 1 and V.League 2. Vietnam Professional Football Jointstock Company
The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF, vi, Liên đoàn Bóng đá Việt Nam) is the governing body of football in Vietnam. It is responsible for the all Vietnam teams of football, futsal and beach soccer as well as national competitions. VFF is currently a member of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), and the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF). Ho Chi Minh City Football Club (HCMC FC, ), simply known as TP Hồ Chí Minh, and commonly known as TPHCM, is a professional football club based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Hanoi Football Club () is a Vietnamese professional football club based in Hanoi, Vietnam that competes in the V.League 1. The club currently plays in the V.League 1. Hanoi FC was founded in 2006 as T&T Hanoi Football Club, shortened as Hanoi T&T before renamed to Hanoi T&T Football Club in 2010 and finally to its current name in 2016. Gonzalo Damian Marronkle (born 14 November 1984) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a forward. Nguyễn Minh Phương
Nguyễn Minh Phương (born 5 July 1980) is a retired Vietnamese professional footballer who last played for SHB Đà Nẵng in the V-League. He was also the captain of the Vietnam national football team until the 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup. In 2007, he captained the Vietnamese team to the 2007 AFC Asian Cup, ending their run in the tournament in the quarter-finals. An engine in central midfield for both club and country, Minh Phuong is known for his technical passing, kick-off taking and shows versatility by often playing as a fullback, midfielder or even as a forward. In 2010, Phuong became the most-capped Vietnamese footballer in the history of the national team with 73 caps, large beating Le Huynh Duc, who has 66 caps. 2012 V-League
The 2012 V-League season is the 56th season of Vietnam's professional football league and started on 31 December 2011 and finished on 19 August 2012. On 15 December it was announced that the league would change name and would simply be known as the Premier League. Then, it was changed name to Super League. Teams Đồng Tâm Long An were relegated to the 2012 Vietnamese First Division after finishing the 2011 season in the bottom two after a season of upheaval and numerous coaches hired and fired. It was a far fall from grace for the two-time champions. Hà Nội ACB were also relegated after finishing bottom, but later merged with Hòa Phát Hà Nội to retain their place in the top flight. They were also renamed to Hà Nội. SHB Da Nang Football Club (), simply known as SHB Da Nang, is a Vietnamese professional football club based in Da Nang that plays in the top division in Vietnamese football, V.League 1. The club was known as Quang Nam-Da Nang FC ( vi, Câu lạc bộ Bóng đá Quảng Nam-Đà Nẵng) prior to the 2007–08 season, when it was bought out by the Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB).
