The National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan ( Latinised- uz, Oʻzbekiston Milliy Olimpiya qoʻmitasi) is the National Olympic Committee representing Uzbekistan. It was founded in the year of 1992, although it was not recognised by the International Olympic Committee until 1 January 1993. The headquarters of the committee is in the capital city of Tashkent. Svetlana Mikhaylovna Radzivil (russian: Светлана Михайловна Радзивил; born 17 January 1987 in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR) is an Uzbekistani high jumper. She is among Asia's top female high jumpers. She won the Asian Games title three times running (2010 to 2018) and was the Asian champion in 2015. She has also won two silver and one bronze medal at the Asian Athletics Championships. She is a two-time champion at the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships (2006 and 2014). She is a four-time Olympian (2008, 2012, 2016 and 2021). She was born in Tashkent. She finished ninth at the 2003 World Youth Championships and thirteenth at the 2004 World Junior Championships. Jasur Baykuziyev
Jasur Baykuziyev is an Uzbekistani taekwondo practitioner. In 2014, he won the gold medal in the men's 87kg event at the 2014 Asian Games held in Incheon, South Korea. In 2015, he won the silver medal in the men's middleweight event at the 2015 World Taekwondo Championships held in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Anastasiya Evgenievna Serdyukova (russian: Анастасия Евгеньевна Сердюкова; born 29 May 1997) is an Uzbekistani former individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the All-around bronze medalist at the 2014 Asian Games and the 2017 Asian Championships All-around gold medalist. Personal life Serdyukova's favorite athletes and gymnastic idols are Alina Kabaeva and Uzbek Ulyana Trofimova. She is ethnic Russian. Djamila Rakhmatova (Russian: Джамиля Рахматова; born 19 September 1990) is a retired individual Uzbekistani rhythmic gymnast. Career A member of the Uzbek National gymnastics team since 2002, Rakhmatova has competed in 5 World Championships, she had her highest placement at the 2013 World Championships in Kyiv, Ukraine finishing 18th in the All-around. Valeriya Davidova (Russian: Валерия Давыдова; born 15 December 1997 in Tashkent) is an Uzbekistani rhythmic gymnast of Russian origin. Career Davidova appeared in international junior competitions in 2008 competing in the Interconti-Club-Cup in Bochum. She has competed in the Junior World Cup series in 2011 and 2012 season, as well as in Grand Prix events in Moscow, Russia. Davidova began competing in senior division in 2013. Vadim Menkov
Vadim Menkov (born 12 February 1987) is an Uzbek male sprint canoeist who has competed since the late 2000s. He has won six medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with two golds (C-1 1000 m: 2009, 2010), a silver (C-1 500 m: 2013) and two bronze (C-1 500 m: 2010, C-1 1000 m: 2011). Most recently, Menkov won the gold medal in the sprint C1-1000m event in canoeing at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China. Menkov also competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, finishing fourth in the C-1 1000 m event while being eliminated in the semi-finals of the C-1 500m.
