''Utricularia tricolor'' is a medium to large sized perennial plant, perennial carnivorous plant that belongs to the genus ''Utricularia''. ''U. tricolor'', a terrestrial species, is endemism, endemic to South America, where it is found in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela. ''Philippine Idol'' is the first version of the Idol series in the Philippines, the 35th country in the world to air a local ''Idol'' adaptation and the sixth in Asia broadcast by ABC (now TV5).
