Urban Runner
''Urban Runner'' (originally subtitled ''Lost In Town'') is a French produced computer game developed by Coktel Vision and published by Sierra On-line. The game is an interactive movie spanning four CD-ROMs. The plot follows an American journalist in Paris who has been framed for murder during the course of an investigation. ''Urban Runner'' was not very popular at the time of its release, due to high graphics and monitor resolution requirements. The minimum requirement was 640×480, with 256 colors. For the best quality, 640×480, 32-bit color was needed. Few reviews have been published concerning the game. The lead is played by ''Brandon Massey'', who also played the lead in the Sierra title '' Police Quest IV: Open Season'' (1993), making this his second and final appearance in a Sierra game. Coktel Vision
Coktel Vision (also known as Coktel and Coktel Studio) was a French video game developer and publisher based in Paris. It was best known for its educational and adventure games. History Coktel Vision was founded in 1984 by Roland Oskian, an engineer and a former executive at Matra Espace. The French gaming market was still developing at the time, the company consisted of only several people who worked from Oskian's house, with Roland acting as a director and composer and his wife Catherine creating graphics and cover art. Coktel made its name by publishing simulation, action and narrative-driven adventure titles for the Thomson and Amstrad CPC computers. GameFAQs is a website that hosts FAQs and walkthroughs for video games. It was created in November 1995 by Jeff Veasey and was bought by CNET Networks in May 2003. It is currently owned by Fandom, Inc. since October 2022. The site has a database of video game information, cheat codes, reviews, game saves, box art images, and screenshots, almost all of which are submitted by volunteer contributors.
