Unusual EBay Listings
Many unusual items have been listed for sale on the auction website eBay. Some sold while other auctions were stopped by eBay because the listing breached their policies. Buildings and land * Bridgeville, California (population 25) was the first town to be sold on eBay in 2002, and has been up for sale three times since. * In January 2003, Thatch Cay, the last privately held and undeveloped U.S. Virgin Island, was listed for auction by Idealight International.
