''Untold Story'' is the debut studio album by American hip hop recording artist the Game rapper. It was released independently on October 5, 2004, by Get Low Recordz. The album features guest appearances from Sean T and JT the Bigga Figga, among others. A sequel to the album, titled '' Untold Story, Vol. 2'', released the following year. Critical reception ''Untold Story'' was met with mixed reviews from music critics. Jayceon Terrell Taylor (born November 29, 1979), better known by his stage name the Game or simply Game, is an American rapper. Born in Compton, California, he initially released a series of mixtapes under the wing of fellow West Coast rapper JT the Bigga Figga. After releasing his debut independent album '' Untold Story'' in 2004, he was eventually discovered by record producer Dr. Dre and signed to his Aftermath Records label imprint. Joseph Tom, better known by his stage name JT the Bigga Figga (also known as Figg Panamera), is an American rapper, record producer, and record executive from the Fillmore neighborhood of San Francisco, California. He has produced music on over one hundred albums, for artists including Daz Dillinger, Master P, The Game, San Quinn, and Messy Marv. Rufus Cooper III (born March 21, 1978), also known by his stage name Young Noble, is an American rapper who was part of Tupac Shakur's rap group Outlawz. Noble joined the Outlawz in early 1996, and was the last member to be added to the group by Tupac himself, before the late rapper's death in September 1996. Quincy Brooks IV (born October 24, 1977), better known by his stage name San Quinn, is an American rapper from San Francisco, California. He is the cousin of Messy Marv, Stevie Johnson, and Ya Boy. Early life Brooks was born in Oakland, California, United States, and grew up in the Fillmore District of San Francisco since the age of three. He attended George Washington High School.
