Unraveled (film)
''Unraveled'' is a 2011 American documentary film about lawyer Marc Dreier, who was arrested for orchestrating a fraud scheme that netted 750 million dollars from hedge funds and clients. Set during his house arrest, the film recounts Drier's struggle to prepare for the possibility of life imprisonment with first-person flashbacks of his actions. The film also shows Drier's attempts to grasp his unraveling. The film was produced and directed by Marc H. Simon of Stick Figure Productions. Other producers include Matthew Makar, Steven Cantor, and Miranda Bailey. Confessor (band)
Confessor is an American doom metal band from North Carolina. By their technically complex interpretation of traditional doom style, they are also a well-known name within progressive metal circles. To date, the band has released two full-length studio albums. Following the release of their 1991 debut album, ''Condemned'', Confessor disbanded in 1994 while they were already planning a second album, but reformed in 2002 and are still active today. The Comsat Angels
The Comsat Angels were an English post-punk band (music), band from Sheffield, England, initially active from 1978 to 1995. Their music has been described as "abstract pop songs with sparse instrumentation, many of which were bleak and filled with some form of heartache". They have been credited as being an influence on later post-punk revival bands such as Blacklist (band), Blacklist, Bell Hollow, Editors (band), Editors and Interpol (band), Interpol. The Comsat Angels toured heavily in the United Kingdom, UK and western Europe, especially in the Netherlands; the band's two concerts in August 1982 in Iceland had a strong influence on the music scene in Reykjavík. Jan Hellriegel
Jan Hellriegel is a singer/songwriter based in Auckland, New Zealand. Her first recorded appearances were in Dunedin band Working With Walt in the mid-1980s when Jan studied at the University of Otago in Dunedin. She then formed all-woman band Cassandra's Ears, moving back to Auckland and going solo in the early 90s. Hellriegel has released four solo studio albums, ''It's My Sin'' 1992, ''Tremble'' 1995, ''All Grown Up'' 2009, and ''Sportsman of the Year'' in 2019. She has toured with and supported many international acts including The Cure, Jeff Buckley, David Byrne, Diesel, and Ron Sexsmith. She has also performed as a guest vocalist for many bands such as Straitjacket Fits, The Verlaines and The Mutton Birds, notably on the latter's hit single ''Nature''.
