''Una Kang Naging Akin'' () is a 1991 Philippine neo noir crime drama film directed by Laurice Guillen and written by Helen Meriz and Orlando Nadres. Plot The story starts with Nicolas Adriano (Gabby Concepcion) and Vanessa Yumol (Dawn Zulueta), Manila’s couple of the century. Before their wedding, tragedy strikes when the chopper that Nick is driving crashes and burns in the jungles of Palawan. Nick had forgotten who he is, and meets a beautiful artist named Diosa (Sharon Cuneta). Nick had an amnesia and completely forgets Vanessa. He had fallen in love with Diosa and married her. However, when Niick started regaining his memory, and had forgotten about Diosa after experiencing another accident. Laurice Guillen
Laurice Ilagan Guillen-Feleo (born January 31, 1947) is a Filipino actress, film and television director, and college professor. Early life and acting career Guillen studied at St. Theresa's College, Cebu City, earned an AB English degree before finishing an MA in Communication at Ateneo de Manila University, where she taught at the college level. She took a television production course under Nestor Torre, in 1967. She then began work as an actress, starring in productions of ''Mrs. Warren's Profession'', before crossing over to film and television work, playing a seductress in ''Tinimbang Ka Ngunit Kulang'', and Corazon Aquino in the drama ''A Dangerous Life''. In 2009, she accepted a role in the indie film ''Karera'', her first role in an independent production. Wendell Xavier Ramos (born August 18, 1978) is a Filipino actor and model who is currently under GMA Network after ABS-CBN and TV5. Biography and early career Ramos started his showbiz career in 1995 when he joined the cast of ''Bubble Gang'' along with his long time best friend Antonio Aquitania. He got into "matinee idol" status when he joined '' Click''. He then had roles with female stars like Ara Mina and Diana Zubiri, among others, in different films during the 2000s. Luna Awards
The Luna Awards are awards given annually by the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP) to recognize the outstanding achievements of the Filipino film industry. The first awards were presented in 1983 in Pasay. It is considered to be the Philippine counterpart of the Oscars. It used to be known as the FAP Awards until in 2005 when it got its current name. Since 2007, the Academy started holding simple awards ceremonies due to lack of government funding and reduction of its share from MMFF earnings. This also caused some delays for ceremony scheduling.
