Un Beso En El Puerto
''Un beso en el puerto'' is a 1965 Spanish motion picture. The film was directed by Ramón Torrado, and stars Manolo Escobar, Ingrid Pitt, Antonio Ferrandis, María Isbert and Manuel Alexandre. Plot Benidorm, 1960s. Manolo, a gas station employee, is fired from his job by his excessive fondness for singing. He meets an old friend, Jaime, who lives like a Prince and always accompanied by the tourists more beautiful who spend the summer in those beaches, and tells Manolo trick he uses to conquer them. Taking advantage of the absence of his friend, wears his clothes and puts into practice the trick. This consists of the port of Alicante and approaching the first handsome traveler that landing, hug her warmly and say: "Welcome, Dorothy!". Don Manuel García Escobar MML (19 October 1931 – 24 October 2013), better known as Manolo Escobar, was a Spanish singer of Andalusian '' copla'' and other Spanish music. He was also an actor and performed in multiple musicals. His popular songs include "El porompompero" (1962), "Mi carro" (1969), "La minifalda", and " Y viva España". Biography Manuel García Escobar was born to Antonio García and María del Carmen Escobar on 19 October 1931, the fifth of ten children. Early in Escobar's life, his father left the family tradition of farming to devote himself to hospitality and culture. Ingrid Pitt (born Ingoushka Petrov; 21 November 193723 November 2010) was a Polish-British actress and writer best known for her work in horror films of the 1970s. Early life Ingoushka Petrov was born in Warsaw, Poland, one of two daughters of a father of German Jewish descent and a Polish Jewish mother. During World War II, she and her mother were imprisoned in Stutthof concentration camp in Sztutowo, Free City of Danzig (present-day Nowy Dwór Gdański County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland) but escaped. Antonio Ferrandis
Antonio Ferrandis Monrabal (28 February 1921 – 16 October 2000) was a Spanish actor, remembered especially for the role of ''Chanquete'' in the Spanish television series ''Verano azul''. Biography Born on 28 February 1921 in Paterna, province of Valencia, after the Spanish Civil War he was a teacher since he began his studies in teaching, although his true passion would be the theatre His first role on stage was in ''Oedipus'', co-starring with Francisco Rabal in 1950. María Isbert
María Vicenta Ysbert Soriano (21 April 1917 – 25 April 2011) better known as María Isbert was a Spanish actress whose credits included more than 250 Spanish films during her career. Isbert worked with most major Spanish film actors and directors, including Luis García Berlanga and Luis Buñuel. Isbert, whose credits included films, television and theater work, was most active from the 1960s to the 1980s. Isbert was born in Madrid, Spain, on 21 April 1917.
