Umaru Sanda Amadu is a Ghanaian media personality and broadcast journalist on Citi FM and Citi TV conglomerate. He anchors news bulletins including ''Eyewitness News'' on radio and ''CitiNewsroom'' on TV. He also hosts the weekly ''FaceToFace'' personality-driven discussion show on Citi TV. Umaru Sanda is known in the media fraternity as the 'cowboy journalist'; taking inspiration from his days as a herdsman before joining the media profession. Ghana Institute Of Journalism
The Ghana Institute of Journalism is a public university in Ghana. The institute has accreditation from the National Accreditation Board. History The Ghana Institute of Journalism was established on 16 October 1959 by Kwame Nkrumah, the first president of Ghana. Kwame Nkrumah had a vision to train a patriotic cadre corps of journalists to play an effective role in the emancipation of the African continent hence established the Ghana Institute of Journalism. The school was formally called School of Journalism which was a department at the Accra Technical Institute now Accra Technical University. Shai Osudoku District
Shai Osudoku District is one of the twenty-nine districts in Greater Accra Region, Ghana. Originally it was formerly part of the then-larger Dangme West District in 1988, which was created from the former Dangme District Council, until the southern part of the district was split off to create Ningo-Prampram District on 28 June 2012; thus the remaining part has been renamed as Shai-Osudoku District. Dangme West District is a former district that was located in Greater Accra Region, Ghana. Originally created as an ordinary district assembly in 1988, which was created from the former Dangme District Council.
