Ultraman (1967 Film)
is a 1967 Japanese superhero kaiju, ''kaiju'' film directed by Hajime Tsuburaya, with special effects by Koichi Takano. Hajime Tsuburaya
was a Japanese film and television director, producer, and cinematographer. The eldest son of Eiji Tsuburaya, he began his career on the 1954 film, ''Godzilla (1954 film), Godzilla'' and its sequel, ''Godzilla Raids Again'' as an assistant special effects cinematographer. Early career In 1959, Tsuburaya joined TBS Television (Japan), TBS Television as a production director. Tsuburaya Productions In 1970, Tsuburaya left TBS Television (Japan), TBS due to the death of his father and became president of Tsuburaya Productions. Having financial difficulties, the company was in a critical business situation. Declaring he couldn't serve as president and director at the same time, he became a producer. As a producer in 1970, he produced ''Ultra Fight''. Bin Furuya
, known professionally as , is a Japanese actor best known for his uncredited portrayal of the title character in the 1966 series ''Ultraman''. Furuya would later portray the character Amagi in the sequel series ''Ultraseven''. Furuya has also made appearances in ''Mothra'' (1961), ''Gorath'' (1962), '' High and Low'' (1963), ''Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster'' (1964), ''Ultraman Zearth'' (1996), '' Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy'' (2009), and ''Shin Ultraman'' (2022). A box set or (its original name) boxed set is a set of items (for example, a compilation of books, musical recordings, films or television programs) traditionally packaged in a box and offered for sale as a single unit.
