Ultrabeat - The Album
''Ultrabeat: The Album'' is the début self-titled album by the British dance act Ultrabeat. It was released on 10 September 2007 (four years after their first single) with All Around the World records. The album was a major chart success in the UK Album Chart as it reached #8 in its first week. Background The long-anticipated album comes over four years after their first single "Pretty Green Eyes" was released. According to AATW, the album was delayed for so long because Ultrabeat kept producing new tracks and re-changing the album to accommodate the new material, and also going away to places such as Miami and Ibiza delayed the album as well. It was originally, supposed to be called ''Better than Life: The Album'' and was meant to be released around the same time as the " Better than Life" single. Irish Albums Chart
The Irish Albums Chart is the Irish music industry standard albums popularity chart issued weekly by the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA). The charts were previously compiled on behalf of IRMA by Chart-Track, and have been compiled by the Official Charts Company since 2017. Chart rankings are based on sales, which are compiled through over-the-counter retail data captured electronically each day from retailers' Point of sale systems and certain digital retailers. All major record stores and over forty independents submit data for the charts, accounting for over 80% of the market, according to Chart-Track. A new chart is compiled and released to the public by the Irish Recorded Music Association on Friday at noon. Each chart is dated with the "week-ending" date of the previous Thursday (i.e., the day before issue). "Pacific Sun" is a song originally written and recorded by Force & Styles featuring Junior. It was originally released on white label in 1997 and appeared on their greatest hits album ''Heart of Gold'' (2000). Eric Stewart
Eric Michael Stewart (born 20 January 1945) is an English singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer, best known as a founding member of the rock groups the Mindbenders with whom he played from 1963 to 1968, and likewise of 10cc from 1972 to 1995. Stewart co-owned Strawberry Studios in Stockport, England, from 1968 to the early 1980s, where he recorded albums with 10cc and artists, including Neil Sedaka and Paul McCartney. "Paradise & Dreams" is a song written and recorded by producers Force & Styles, featuring Junior which originally appeared on their album '' All over the UK'' (1996) and was released as a single in 1997. Both members of Force & Styles would later record cover versions of the song at later dates, the first was by The Force (Paul Hobbs and Flip & Fill) in 2003 and another was by Ultrabeat versus Darren Styles which appeared on both artists début albums '' Ultrabeat: The Album'' (2007) and ''Skydivin' (2008).
