''Ultra Australia'' is an outdoor electronic music festival that is a part of Ultra Music Festival's worldwide expansion, which has now spread to twenty three countries. Ultra Australia made its debut as a single day event under the Road to Ultra banner on 24 February 2018, and took place at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne, Australia. History 2018 The debut event as Road to Ultra Australia was a single day event held at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on 24 February 2018 and consisted of one stage. International artists for the inaugural festival included Afrojack, Axwell, Carnage (DJ), Andrew Rayel and KSHMR. Local Australian artists who performed at the event included Will Sparks, Timmy Trumpet, Tigerlily (DJ) and Mashd N Kutcher. Mashd N Kutcher
Mashd N Kutcher (sometimes abbreviated as MNK) are an Australian dance act and electronic band. Mashd N Kutcher are best known for their songs " Do It Now" and " My Sunshine", which samples Len's song "Steal My Sunshine". In 2020 they came to public attention in Australia after remixing a speech given by Premier of the state of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, reporting on an early outbreak of COVID-19 in the state. The resulting dance track, Get on the Beers, made it seem that the Premier's instructions to his citizens was to do their civic duty and "get on the beers". The original press conference saw Andrews warn Victorians that it was not appropriate to get on the beers, due to the greater risk of the spread of the coronavirus. William Sami Étienne Grigahcine (born 13 June 1986), known by his stage name DJ Snake, is an Algerian French music producer and DJ, first achieving international recognition in 2013 by releasing an instrumentation-oriented single called " Turn Down for What" (featuring Lil Jon). Dash Berlin is a Dutch electronic music duo started in 2007 in The Hague by Eelke Kalberg and Sebastiaan Molijn. Dash Berlin were voted the seventh most popular DJs in the world according to ''DJ Mag'' in 2012; Kalberg and Molijn were record producers. Kalberg and Molijn left the group in 2019 and returned in 2021 after winning a legal dispute against Jeffrey Sutorius over the "Dash Berlin" trademark. Joris Voorn
Joris Voorn (; born 25 February 1977 in Tilburg) is a Dutch DJ and record producer who lives in Amsterdam. Voorn is the co-owner of the Amsterdam-based labels Rejected (with Edwin Oosterwal) and Green. Biography A DJ competition in Enschede started Voorn' music career. Adam Beyer (born 15 May 1976 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a Swedish techno producer and DJ. He is the founder of Drumcode Records, and is one of several Swedish techno artists to emerge in the mid-1990s, along with Cari Lekebusch and Jesper Dahlbäck. Beyer is married to fellow Swedish DJ Ida Engberg, with whom he has three daughters.
