Uliana Kaisheva
Uliana Nikolayevna Nigmatullina (née Kaisheva, russian: Ульяна Николаевна Нигматуллина (Кайшева); born 8 March 1994) is a Russian biathlete. She is the only biathlete to win the four gold medals (individual, sprint, pursuit and relay) at the Youth World Championships, in 2013. She competed in the 2018 Winter Olympics. Mozhga
Mozhga (russian: Можга́; udm, Можга, ''Možga'') is a town in the Udmurt Republic, Russia, located at the confluence of the Syuga and Syugailka Rivers, southwest of Izhevsk, the capital of the republic. Population: History It was founded in 1835 as a settlement around Syuginsky glass works. The works was built by the merchant Fyodor Chernov from Yelabuga and became known for the production of technical glass, jugs, and animal figurines. In 1916, Syuginskaya railway station was built near the factory settlement. After the October Revolution of 1917, it was renamed Sovetsky (), and later Krasny (). The 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games (german: Olympische Jugend-Winterspiele 2012), officially known as the I Winter Youth Olympic Games (YOG), were an international multi-sport event for youths that took place in Innsbruck, Austria, on 13–22 January 2012. Biathlon Junior World Championships were first held in 1967 for men and in 1984 for women. According to the International Biathlon Union rules, biathletes qualify as Junior if they turn 20, 21 or 22 during the season from November to October, they qualify as Youth when they turn 17, 18 or 19 during the season.
