UNCAF Nations Cup 2011
The 2011 Copa Centroamericana ( en, 2011 Central American Cup) was the eleventh edition of Copa Centroamericana (formerly known as the UNCAF Nations Cup), an international football championship for national teams affiliated with the Central American Football Union (UNCAF) of the CONCACAF region. It took place in Panama from January 14 to January 23, 2011. It was the second time for Panama to host the tournament. On January 23, 2011 Honduras won the cup by defeating Costa Rica 2-1 in the final. The top five teams from this tournament qualified for the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup. The group stage draw was conducted on September 2, 2010 in Panama City. Marcos Danilo Ureña Porras, known as Marco Ureña (born 5 March 1990), is a Costa Rican professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Striker (association football), striker for C.S. Jaime Alas
Jaime Enrique Alas Morales (born 30 July 1989) is a Salvadoran professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga Nacional club Municipal and the El Salvador national team. Club career Alas' professional career began in July 2006, at the age of 16, when he signed a contract with the now defunct Salvadoran club San Salvador. Shortly after, he moved to Argentina to play in the reserves of River Plate. He spent four years at the club before returning in 2010 to El Salvador to join Luis Ángel Firpo. Luis Gabriel Rentería (September 13, 1988 – March 6, 2014) was a Panamanian football forward, who played at the end of his professional career for Tauro in the Liga Panameña de Fútbol. Club career Nicknamed ''Matagatos'' (Catkiller), Rentería started his career at Orión and played the majority of his career for Tauro but joined Bolivar after one year on loan at Colombian side Real Cartagena where he scored 2 goals in 19 appearances. Armando Cooper
Armando Enrique Cooper Whitaker (born 26 November 1987) is a Panamanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Israeli club Maccabi Petah Tikva and the Panama national team. Club career Cooper began his career in the youth ranks of Panama's Árabe Unido. In 2006, he debuted for the professional side, and went on to help the team to achieve various domestic titles in the Liga Panameña de Fútbol. Deris Umanzor
Deris Ariel Umanzor Guevara (born 7 January 1980) is a retired Salvadoran professional footballer. Club career Deris Umanzor began his career in the youth system of Municipal Limeño and eventually moved up to the first team in 1998. After six seasons with Municipal Limeño, Umanzor moved to top Salvadoran side Águila in 2005. Umanzor has been one of the top left backs in the Salvadoran Primera División. William Osael Romero Castillo (born 18 April 1986) is a Salvadoran former footballer. He was banned for life in 2013, for match fixing while playing for the El Salvador national football team. Career Club Romero started his career at Atlético Chaparratique before joining Vista Hermosa in 2006.
