NatWest
National Westminster Bank, commonly known as NatWest, is a major retail and commercial bank in the United Kingdom based in London, England. It was established in 1968 by the merger of National Provincial Bank and Westminster Bank. In 2000, it became part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, which was re-named NatWest Group in 2020. Following ringfencing of the group's core domestic business, the bank became a direct subsidiary of NatWest Holdings; NatWest Markets comprises the non-ringfenced investment banking arm. The British government currently owns around 48.1%, previously 54.7% of NatWest Group after spending £45 billion ($61.87 billion) bailing out the lender in 2008. BlackBerry
The blackberry is an edible fruit produced by many species in the genus ''Rubus'' in the family Rosaceae, hybrids among these species within the subgenus ''Rubus'', and hybrids between the subgenera ''Rubus'' and ''Idaeobatus''. The taxonomy of blackberries has historically been confused because of hybridization and apomixis, so that species have often been grouped together and called species aggregates. Business Link
Business Link was a government-funded business advice and guidance service established in England in 1992. It consisted of an online portal managed by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and a national telephone helpline. The service's network of local and regional advisors (under the auspices of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills) was axed in 2011. The online portal was replaced (along with Directgov) by the Gov.uk website on 17 October 2012, although migration of all services to Gov.uk branding took several years and the telephone helpline was retained for some time. This government programme is not to be confused with Business Link Magazine Group, a magazine publisher founded in 1988. Lara Morgan is a British entrepreneur and the founder and former CEO of Pacific Direct. Having sold her share in Pacific Direct, she is now involved in several UK startups. Background Born in Germany, Catherine Lara Morgan left school aged 18 when her father’s business went bankrupt. She lived and worked in Hong Kong, the Gulf and New Zealand before moving to the UK in 1991, where she started Pacific Direct as a sole trader. The first sale the company made was a miniature sewing kit to the Dorchester Hotel. Over the course of twenty years, the company grew to become a manufacturer and supplier of luxury branded toiletries and guest amenities to hotels, cruise lines and airlines.
