Utility box art is a form of street art whereby Enclosure (electrical), utility boxes on city streets are painted or otherwise covered in artwork. As a topic of economics, utility is used to model worth or Value (economics), value. Its usage has evolved significantly over time. The term was introduced initially as a measure of pleasure or happiness as part of the theory of utilitarianism by moral philosophers such as Jeremy Bentham and John Stuart Mill. José Luis Huizar (born September 10, 1968) is a Mexican-American politician and a former member of the Los Angeles City Council. Huizar was arrested and indicted on June 23, 2020, on federal corruption charges.
