Urozhaine, Donetsk Oblast
Urozhaine ( uk, Урожайне, ; russian: Урожайное, Urozhaynoye; both ) is a rural settlement in Volnovakha Raion, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine. It is situated on the opposite side of the Mokri Yaly river from the village of Staromaiorske. It belongs to the Velyka Novosilka settlement hromada. History On 17 July 2020, according to the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada "On the Formation and Liquidation of Districts", the village was included in the Velyka Novosilka settlement hromada, Volnovakha Raion. Until 2020, it was part of the Velyka Novosilka Raion. Russo-Ukrainian War Russian invasion of Ukraine Urozhaine was occupied by Russian forces during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. DeepStateMap.Live is an open-source intelligence interactive online map of the military operations of the Russian and Ukrainian armies during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The map was created on 24 February 2022, the day of the invasion, by the non-governmental and volunteer-led organization ''Deep State UA''. Bogdan Khmelnitsky Battalion
The Bogdan Khmelnitsky Battalion (), or Bohdan Khmelnytsky Battalion is, according to Russian state media, a Russian "volunteer battalion" formed in February 2023, allegedly from Ukrainian POWs that have defected to the Russian Army. The battalion is named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Cossack Hetman of the Zaporozhian Host, who rebelled against the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth and later accepted suzerainty of the Tsardom of Russia. 38th Marine Brigade (Ukraine)
The 38th Separate Marine Brigade ( uk, 38-ма окрема бригада морської піхоти, translit=38-ma okrema bryhada morsʹkoyi pikhoty; 38 ОБрМП, unit number A4765), is a marine infantry brigade of the Ukrainian Marine Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. History The 38th brigade was formed out of a basis of the 503rd Separate Marine Battalion in February 2023.
