Uno-X Pro Cycling Team (women's Team)
Uno-X Mobility is a Norwegian professional Women's cycling team, which competes in the UCI Women's World Tour and other elite races. The team was founded in 2021, to compete in the 2022 season. The team is sponsored by Uno-X, who operate a chain of unmanned fuel stations throughout Norway and Denmark. Maria Giulia Confalonieri (born 30 March 1993) is an Italian track and road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's World Tour Team Uno-X Pro Cycling. Road bicycle racing is the cycle sport discipline of road cycling, held primarily on Road surface, paved roads. Joscelin Kate Lowden (born 3 October 1987) is a British professional racing cyclist, who rides for . On 30 September 2021 she became the holder of the women's hour record. Professional career 2021 season In 2021, Lowden established herself as a team leader within Drops–Le Col by finishing eleventh overall at the Healthy Ageing Tour and fifth at Brabantse Pijl. Lowden took her first professional victory on Stage 4 of the Tour de Feminin. After launching a long range attack, she won the stage by over five minutes, earning the victory in the overall general classification. In February 2021, Lowden set an unofficial hour record of 48.160km while in training, beating the existing record of 48.007km set by Vittoria Bussi. Uno-X Pro Cycling Team Support Car (2021 Tour Of Slovenia)
Uno-X is a chain of unmanned fuel stations throughout Norway and Denmark. It is operated as the low-cost section of YX Energi. The chain was originally created as a low cost chain in Denmark in the late 1950s. The rights to use the name in Sweden were sold to Britain's Burmah Oil. In 1991 Norsk Hydro acquired the 330 outlets of the Danish operation and five years later it bought the Swedish Uno-X chain from Burmah. After Norsk Hydro merged its operations in Denmark and Norway with Texaco, the chain was repositioned on wholly unmanned sites under a new yellow, black and red logo, and now has around 110 stations in Norway and 200 stations in Denmark. The Danish chain includes the architecturally well known Skovshoved Petrol Station designed in 1936 by Arne Jacobsen.
