University School of Chemical Technology (USCT) is one of the constituent school of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. History The university was established by government of NCT of Delhi under the provisions of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998. It is located at Dwarka, New Delhi. The old campus of the university was situated in Kashmere Gate, New Delhi. USCT was established in 1998, the same year when other constituent schools were formed. It was a step by the university to start the University School of Chemical Technology, the only one of its kind in this part of the country after IIT Delhi.
