University of Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) ( ms, Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya, abbr: ''PPUM''), formerly known as University Hospital, is a government-funded medical institution located in Pantai Dalam, southwest corner of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was established by Statute in September 1962 and is part of University of Malaya. It serves as the teaching hospital for the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya and is the largest and oldest teaching hospital in Malaysia. The UMMC is also the second largest hospital in Malaysia. The Petaling District is a district located in the heart of Selangor in Malaysia. Petaling is not to be confused with the city of Petaling Jaya located in it, nor the ''mukim'' of Petaling under Petaling Jaya City. The district office is located in Subang.
