John Henry Rutherford (; born September 2, 1952) is an American politician. Since 2017, he has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives, elected from Florida's 4th congressional district, which encompasses most of Jacksonville and most of its suburbs in Nassau and St. Johns counties, including St. Augustine from 2017 to 2023.
