Udom Emmanuel
Udom Gabriel Emmanuel (born 11 July 1966) is a Nigerian politician who is currently the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, in office since 29 May 2015. He contested for the office of governor in the April 2015 elections on the platform of People's Democratic Party. He was re-elected as the governor of Akwa Ibom State on May 29, 2019. Early life and career Udom Gabriel Emmanuel was born on July 11, 1966, into the family of Ette Gabriel Emmanuel Nkanang, a native of Awa Iman in Onna Local Government, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He rose from being a Sunday school leader at United Evangelical Church (QIC) (formerly ''Qua Iboe Church'') to become a bank director. Emmanuel and his family are strong members of United Evangelical Church (QIC), Nigeria. Emmanuel served as an audit manager of Price Waterhouse Coopers. The Bombardier Global Express is a large cabin, 6,000 nmi / 11,100 km range business jet designed and manufactured by Bombardier Aviation (formerly Bombardier Aerospace). The is a full-size four-wheel drive vehicle in the Land Cruiser range produced by the Japanese automaker Toyota. The Prado is one of the smaller vehicles in the Land Cruiser range. 2019 Akwa Ibom State Gubernatorial Election
The 2019 Akwa Ibom State gubernatorial election occurred on March 10, 2019. Incumbent PDP Governor Udom Gabriel Emmanuel won re-election for a second term, defeating Nsima Ekere of the APC.
