U Sports Men's Volleyball Player Of The Year
The U Sports Men's Volleyball Player of the Year is awarded annually to the men's volleyball player of the year in U Sports (previously named Canadian Interuniversity Sport). No player has won the award more than twice and only two players have accomplished the feat ( Terry Danyluk in 1980 and 1981; Darcy Busse in 1984 and 1986). The Alberta Golden Bears program has featured the most winners with nine and all nine of those recipients were either coached by Danyluk or were Danyluk himself. Douglas Edward Bruce (born August 26, 1949) is an American conservative activist, attorney, convicted felon, and former legislator who served as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives from 2008 to 2009. He is also known for being the author of Colorado's Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR). A strict advocate for limited government, Bruce wrote and promoted TABOR, a spending limitation measure approved by Colorado voters in 1992. His name is so associated with the measure that attempts to bypass its restrictions are known as "de-Brucing." Marc Dunn (born April 27, 1978, in Oakland, California) is a former NFL and NFL Europe football player. He played college football at Kansas State University. High school career Dunn grew up in Brigham City, Utah, and graduated from Box Elder High School in the class of 1996. In football, he lettered three seasons and started for two.
