The UND Nistler College of Business and Public Administration is located in Nistler Hall at the University of North Dakota.The UND Nistler College of Business and Public administration serves 1,850 students and 300 graduate students per year. Grand Forks is the third-largest city in the state of North Dakota (after Fargo and Bismarck) and the county seat of Grand Forks County. Dave Fennell
Dave Fennell (born February 4, 1953) is a former defensive lineman for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League. After graduating from the University of North Dakota in 1973, he played for Edmonton from 1974 to 1983, and helped lead the team to five straight Grey Cup championships from 1978 to 1982 as a key member of the "Alberta Crude" defence. Fennell was named CFL's Most Outstanding Defensive Player Award, CFL Most Outstanding Defensive Player in 1978, CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian Award, CFL Most Outstanding Canadian in 1979, and Grey Cup Most Valuable Player, Defensive Star of the 1978 and 1982 Grey Cup games. Ralph Louis Engelstad (January 28, 1930 – November 26, 2002) was an American businessman who owned the Imperial Palace casino-hotels in Las Vegas and in Biloxi, Mississippi.
