UEFA Euro 2016 Qualifying Group C
The UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying Group C was one of the nine groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2016 finals tournament. Group C consisted of six teams: Spain national football team, Spain, Ukraine national football team, Ukraine, Slovakia national football team, Slovakia, Belarus national football team, Belarus, Macedonia national football team, Macedonia, and Luxembourg national football team, Luxembourg, where they played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin tournament, round-robin format. Originally Gibraltar national football team, Gibraltar had been drawn in this group, but were moved to UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying Group D, group D due to Spain not being willing to play them because of the disputed status of Gibraltar. UEFA Euro 2016 Qualifying
The UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying tournament was a football competition that was played from September 2014 to November 2015 to determine the 23 UEFA member men's national teams joining the automatically qualified host team France in the UEFA Euro 2016 final tournament. A total of 53 national teams participated in this qualifying process, with Gibraltar taking part for the first time. The draw took place at the Palais des Congrès Acropolis, Nice, on 23 February 2014. Agim Ibraimi ( mk, Агим Ибраими; born 29 August 1988) is a Macedonian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. Club career Childhood and early career Ibraimi was born in Tetovo, SR Macedonia, to Albanian parents.
