Unione Sportiva Sestri Levante 1919 is an Football in Italy, Italian association football club located in Sestri Levante, Liguria. Currently, it plays in Serie C. History The club was founded in 1919. 1940s in Serie C Sestri Levante participated in Serie C for three seasons between 1946 and 1949. After that, Sestri Levante played mostly in minor categories such as Promozione, Eccellenza, and Serie D. 2010s to current: Serie D and promotion to Serie C In the season 2011–12, the team was promoted from Eccellenza Liguria to Serie D. On 6 April 2023, Sestri Levante were promoted back to Serie C after mathematically winning the Group A title of the 2022–23 Serie D with four games to go. Stadio (literally, ''Stadium'') is an Italian pop rock band formed in 1977. The members are Giovanni Pezzoli (drums), Roberto Drovandi (bass guitar), Andrea Fornili (guitar), and Gaetano Curreri (vocals and keyboard). Formation and early recordings The group had a long-standing arrangement as an accompanying band to Lucio Dalla, a Bologna-born singer. Stadio had its first notable public appearance in the mid-1970s, when the group appeared on Lucio Dalla's 1975 collaborative album with Roberto Roversi, '' Anidride Solforosa'' (Italian for "sulfur dioxide"). Silvano Raggio Garibaldi (born 27 April 1989) is an Italian footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Sestri Levante. Born in Chiavari, he has represented Italy at Under-18, Under-19 and Under-20 levels. Sestri Levante ( la, Segesta Tigullorum/Segesta Tigulliorum) is a town and ''comune'' in the Metropolitan City of Genoa, Liguria, Italy.
