U.S. Recanatese is an Italian professional football club club, based in Recanati, Marche. Recanatese currently plays in . History The club was founded in 1923. They played almost exclusively in the amateur leagues in Italy throughout their history, except for a short-lived appearance in Serie C during the 1947–48 season. Alessandro Sbaffo (born 27 August 1990) is an Italian footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Recanatese. Career He made his Serie A debut for Chievo on 28 March 2010 in a game against Parma. In summer 2010 Sbaffo left for Piacenza in temporary deal for €600,000 along with Cesare Rickler. Both players later banned due to involvement in 2011–12 Italian football scandal.
