Pineville is a city in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is located across the Red River from the larger Alexandria. The Pineville Expressway is a four-lane controlled-access freeway that extends from Interstate 49, I-49 in Alexandria through Pineville, LA, Pineville. Ville Platte is the largest city in, and the parish seat of, Evangeline Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 7,430 at the 2010 census, down from 8,145 in 2000. Louisiana Highway 14 (LA 14) is a state highway located in southern Louisiana. It runs in an east–west direction from the junction of U.S. Highways 90 and 171 in Lake Charles to LA 182 in New Iberia. The highway connects a string of small communities and cities in the Acadiana region of the state at a distance of roughly from the Gulf of Mexico. Ruston is a small city and the parish seat of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is the largest city in the Eastern Ark-La-Tex region.
