Tyler Goodson
Tyler Goodson (born November 10, 2000) is an American football running back for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Iowa. Early life and high school Goodson grew up in Suwanee, Georgia and attended North Gwinnett High School. He rushed for 1,437 yards and 25 touchdowns in his junior season. As a senior, Goodson rushed 159 times for 1,180 yards and 25 touchdowns and was named Georgia Player of the Year. He was rated a three-star recruit and committed to play college football at Iowa over offers from Nebraska, Iowa State, Indiana and Michigan State. College career As a true freshman, Goodson led Iowa with 134 attempts for 638 yards and five touchdowns while also catching 24 passes for 166 yards. 2021 Iowa Hawkeyes Football Team
The 2021 Iowa Hawkeyes football team represented the University of Iowa during the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Hawkeyes played their home games at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, Iowa, and competed in the West Division of the Big Ten Conference. They were led by 23rd-year head coach Kirk Ferentz. With a victory over rival Nebraska on November 26 coupled with a Wisconsin loss to Minnesota the following day, Iowa won its first Big Ten West title since 2015. They competed in the Big Ten Championship Game against East Division co-champion Michigan, where they lost by a 39 point margin. 2022 NFL Draft
The 2022 NFL Draft was the 87th edition of the National Football League's annual draft and was held from April 28–30, 2022, at the Caesars Forum on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The first round was held on Thursday, April 28, and was followed by the second and third rounds on Friday, April 29. The draft concluded with rounds 4–7 on Saturday, April 30. It was the first draft to be held in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. The first five selections were defensive players, the second-most taken at the start of a draft after the six in 1991. Along with the 1972 and 2000 drafts, it marked the third time defensive players were the first two picks after the first three picks in the previous year's draft were quarterbacks.
