Tushar Amarsinh Chaudhary
Tushar Chaudhary (born 18 December 1965) is an Indian politician and a leader of the Indian National Congress in Gujarat. He was elected to Gujarat Legislative Assembly in 2002 and 2022, and to Lok Sabha in 2004 and 2009. Early life Chaudhary was born on 18 December 1965 in Bedkuvta Valod village in Surat district of Gujarat. He is a son of Amarsinh Chaudhary, a politician and former chief minister of Gujarat. He has studied MBBS from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Career He was elected from Vyara in 2002 Gujarat legislative assembly election. In 2004, he was elected to 14th Lok Sabha from Mandvi constituency. In 2009, he was elected to the 15th Lok Sabha from Bardoli constituency. Tushar Arun Gandhi (born 17 January 1960) is an Indian author and son of Arun Manilal Gandhi, thus great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi. In March 2005, he led the 75th anniversary re-enactment of the Dandi March. Sheikh Tushar Imran (born 10 December 1983) is a cricketer from Bangladesh who has represented his country in Test matches and One Day Internationals (ODIs). In January 2018 he became the first Bangladesh player to score 10,000 runs in first-class cricket. In November 2021, he announced his retirement from first-class and international cricket. Career Imran first hit the headlines aged just 17 when he made 131 from 106 balls in a domestic match for his side Khulna Division in 2000–01. Tushar Kanti Ghosh (September 21, 1898 – August 29, 1994) was an Indian journalist and writer. For sixty years, until shortly before his death, Ghosh was the editor of the English-language newspaper ''Amrita Bazar Patrika'' in Kolkata. He also served as the leader of prominent journalism organizations such as the International Press Institute and the Commonwealth Press Union. Ghosh was known as the "grand old man of Indian journalism" and "the dean of Indian journalism" for his contributions to the Media of India, country's free press. Ghosh studied at the Bangabasi College of the University of Calcutta. Tushar Khandker (born 5 April 1985) is an Indian professional field hockey player. He represented India in Men's Hockey during the 2012 London Olympics. Khandker comes from a family of hockey players as his father, uncle and elder brother played the game. Career Tushar Khandker made his debut in for India in 2003 when he was included in the Hockey Australia Challenge Cup in which he scored in his first game. He was a part of the team that won the 2004 Junior Asia Cup and the 2007 Men's senior Asia Cup, thereby becoming the first Indian to be a part of the Asian Cups for all age groups. Tushar Mulji Makwana (2 February 1967 – 12 February 2004) was a British radio personality of Indian descent. He was killed in a hit-and-run incident during a botched robbery attempt at his home in Birmingham, England. Early life The youngest of three children, Makwana was born in Jinja, Uganda, of Gujarati Indian descent. His family moved to Britain when he was four years old after they and many other Asians were forced out of Uganda under Idi Amin's regime. Interested in radio from a young age, Makwana ran a mobile disco as a teen and helped teach other youngsters about broadcasting.
